Currently I am a graduate student pursuing a master's in Public Health with hopes of becoming a biostatistician. I have five years of experience as a math tutor, and I've had the opportunity to work with students at all levels of ability. I take pride in my ability to help students better understand math, but I take more pride in helping students actually like the subject. It's very rewarding to share your knowledge with another person and have them improve their test scores and grades. My main goal however is not just to improve test scores and grades. Instead, I want to help students develop the skills they need to be able to learn on their own. This will help them be successful far beyond the current subject. I'm looking forward to helping students develop confidence in their abilities and to find success. In my free time, I enjoy computers, statistical research, and history.
